    Hey, I got offered $16 an hour to hostle trailers.......12 years with the same company, no accidents (sorta.....at least not with a car), no tickets of any kind, Bachelors degree, 6 years in the Army as a pilot, and 25++ years in freight management in one capacity or another (to include facility manager for FedEx freight), lived in the same house for over 15 years........
    And the best you can offer is $16 an hour. Seems a bit slim considering I was making $13 an hour unloading trailers at Roadway 30 freekin' years ago!!!!!
    So, um, no thanks but thank you for your time.

    Sage advice, and many have shacked, worked and built. However, there are not many capable of building, or even doing a days (sunup/sundown) work, and GOD forbid they have less than 3 BR, 2 B, LR and DR, double carport. He a super PU and her a nice SUV.
    Here in Tupelo, a "undesirable" area was bought by the city, razed and affordable housing built. Great, removed and eyesore and actually offered housing.
    But, all had double garages. In my wildest recollections, I never knew a "pore" man that had 2 cars.

    3 stops unloaded. Sitting getting loaded with a backhaul of mud. Back and leg did pretty good after rehabbing all weekend.

    Sure, but gas was 75 cents a gallon, smokes were $10 a carton, and beer was $3 a six pack (that's about all I can remember)
