A real tax avoider once said if he had followed that profession, he would have done some pre planning.
Like on start up, say cuts are $12.00 all cash (no c/cards/checks) he would follow this system from day one,1st cut.
Post it to the register at the $12.00 and got to next customer. Every 5th cut, pocket it, no entry. In busy days, and on
holidays. the show/take would be consistent. Next to a CPA the worst thing a small business starting up can
have is a computer, and a girl who can actually put everything on it. As they say the devil (IRS) is in the details...

Reading all the #####ing and moaning on the thread, we're very thankful and count our blessings that we not only have a good truck, but have two, and good freight to drag around.

We're very thankful we're not crippled up, and can get after it, and are free to do as we see fit, when we see fit.

    We love trucking.

So, this is what you get when the OM doesn’t make you ride your bike and hike untold number of miles. You know there is still time on the clock to get out and put up some miles.

Well since you started it — I’m very thankful that I have a place to cut up elk meat and have all the Ol spirits come by and visit when I do it— cause they do—I love Elk—anyone else??

And can you just imagine the pressure of keeping the "take" in say a casino balanced? Enough to make a man considering going legit....
