    It went well. This was just an after procedure check up. Got one more in two weeks and should be done. I think.
    She still hasnt gotten her new routine down of making sure she has her reading glasses at all times. Left em at home today so had to get a pair at Walters Land. I told her to get several pair and keep em in strategic places. Sometimes she is slow to follow my recommendations lol -

    Used to make jerky years ago. Used one of those dehydrator machines. Had 12 trays. Came out real good using round steak. Finally quit making it. Why? Because my brain dosent have an Off switch, Refer back to my comment about Alcohol lol.

    Need to include the following.
    Initial marinade/soak.
    Pre-grill and just in grill
    50 percent cooked,
    Post grilling (just off)
    Post rest
    First slicing.

    They allow some sketchy stuff here. Old geezer across the street had a large pile of stuff he set on fire awhile back when it was real dry. Then he just let it smolder over night. I almost called the fire dept. Next day police chief was over there with a small fire truck making him put it out lol
