They're usually noticed for their ears....Like two grizzled old cowboys leaning on the fence and looking at the stock...first one says "Ya got some ear out there." The other spits and says "Yeah. Neighbor's bull got in but they're looking pretty strong".
    That constitutes the entire conversation.

Fun fact. 1 day on Venus is the same as 1 year and in reverse rotation at 880°f. You're welcome.

As far as marbling/ taste, ya wouldn't notice a difference all things being equal with respect to feed/conditions ect. Like most crossbreed breeds, the main differences will be in the intended crossbreed vigor. The Brangus is very heat tolerate from the Braham side, the Angus brings better marbling. The chiangus is bigger with higher carcass yields, more cold tolerance, but don't do as well with heat.

lol. I got stuck watching an episode of Food that built America the other night. Talking about how that stuff came to be. It's funny I like all the ingredients but can't stand the finished product.

We have had our share of 90 plus days this Summer and the Local News Channels gobble it up

It doesn't matter if it's Hot, Freezing Cold, the remnants of a Hurricane or the possibility to see Snow, the Media will beat it to death for the Ratings

Well, I was playing retro games on my OpenEmu app today. At least that still works.
