Coolest 8 year old ever. She wanted me to teach her a new song and picked this.

I've apparently done something right because even she recognizes that the later Ramones albums are awesome and never got the credit they deserved.

Indeed. I can't get em right at the house on a Weber. I try and try. Think I'm in the market for a quality smoker.
I used to have dreams of other things but it seems as I get older my priorities are changing. Hell of a dream. Could even smell the smoke.

My wife has been getting her hair done for four hours and it costs $350. Anyone else have a retarded wife? Lol. I think I would rather her have a drug or gambling problem...it would be cheaper...

Suddenly, it hit me.... I think we need a description of the food in those boxes. It's only fair that you tell us in your own words and try to sell us (the judges) on your choice of cuisine and how it was prepared (grilled, fried, baked - you get the idea) and anything you may have added such as flavor enhancers. Remember, YOU ARE TRYING TO WIN!!
So, persuade us that your to go box is so much more than just a pretty box of food. I think that criteria is just as important as a picture. Of coarse, the other judges may have other suggestions.

Brisket can be a real difficult slab of meat.
Temperature is the big one. Have always heard that it needs to be 200 to 225 at the most. Also mop every hour and turn every 4 hours.

Only do very small ones myself. Maybe 3 or so lbs.
So not a long grill time. Just a few hours.

Probably because once you get to my age, you have very little tolerance for corporate bull****. I spent 8 years at GM and was making $28.36 an hour before I quit. I hated every minute on the assembly line after about the first year.

At 8 years, they offered a buyout... see ya, suckers! I moved the family down to Alabama on 5 acres that we paid cash for, then spent a year working as an assembler at our local Walmart. I actually liked that job but it didn't pay enough money to support a wife and three kids, so I ended up back in a truck. I was only going to do it for a couple of years until I got caught up... now its 11 years later and I own two trucks and trailers, lol.

####'s like heroin—you know it's bad for you. You get clean and find a real job, then somehow end up in the back row of a truck stop again, sniffing diesel and pee fumes.
