    Well, the point is why change what’s worked fine for many years?

    To me, unless you’re talking about actual structural defects or something of that sort that’s just a waste of money.

    I built mine for 189. It’s worth about 600 now. That’s been about 5 years ago. I would seriously consider selling mine and buying this one. Where I live that house would be 1.5 easy with the pond and 28 acres.
