Driver sounds barn soured. A Cowgirl could drive harder. He probably listens to Boy George. Get in that truck and don't open the door till y'all get there.

Most of the area that is underwater is a floodplain/delta type area north of Seattle. Happens every few years.
They have not built levees or dykes to contain that flow. Idiots need to get the Army Corp of Engineers to come out and build/upgrade levees.

Down here the county has been actively increasing the heights of the roads to above the typical flood stage. The cities and county are also helping pay for new foundations and raising existing houses a couple of feet that are in flood prone ares. They force the bigger developments to raise the ground level out of the historic floodplain. The whole area around and including a Walmart, Home Depot, a few shopping malls, and a couple of car dealers has been filled about 6 feet to keep stuff out of the flood water. Now above the level of I5. County wants to lift I5 a couple of feet but the highway department is unwilling to lift it up some existing less than 15 foot clear overpasses.

There was a time down here several years ago, to use the seized doper cars and outfit as patrol cars. Appropriate signage laid on to indicate some criminal had scored this, but lost it to the gendarmes. Supposed to discourage the youth from getting into drugs, "See; This happens".
But the underachievers saw this as "Golly, look at them wheels. I'll handle a little and not get caught... Seized vehicles are sold at auction now....

Well official doing an unpaid 34. Only have 10 hours till it’s complete. But I don’t deliver till 9:15 am tomorrow. So I’ll actually be here for 38-39 hours unpaid. Sucks.

It’s only flat on the bottom. Turn it over, you should be good to go.
