I'm glad you pointed that out. There really is no excuse for not posting pictures which provide evidence - is there? I mean...WTF? :p:p:p

I think that's a fair assessment of the predicament... Especially asking questions just to break their "nuts."

Can you say balls?...no I think it would get edited??? Let's see?

I've read that it's the Coleman's to stay away from. The Thermo Kings/Tri-Pac's are good.

I ran into another flatbedder the other day while we were loading, like that. Very angry. The first thing he said to me was i ought to be effing ashamed i was wearing a white sox hat....umm ok? Hi works too buddy..then starts going in to me about how my binders need to be more oiled up but dont use the kind of oil i was using " because its the worse effing thing u could ever use" and then how my straps were rolled up the wrong way , then told me i am running my chains the wrong way... on and on . He said he was an ex oversize trucker but he was driving for a very large company that starts with a p and ends with rime.

The whole time i couldnt figure out what to say, i was so thrown off by the fact somebody i never met in my life could be so angry and disrespectful towards somebody they never met, i guess he thought he was trying to teach me something .. I ended up not saying anything and just wrote him off as a billy big rigger whos seens everything and done everything there is to do , and if u aint doin it the way hes doin it then ur wrong ...plus if i learned anything about trucking , is to never talk to them type of guys because everything u say is wrong , and thats if u even get a word in edgewise...hate people like that...i guess driving that slow ### prime truck just makes u bitter after awhile lol

The key word here is Paccar. Cheap electronics. High tolerance components.
I had a Pete 579. Darn thing would shut down the power to the condo because of "low battery voltage". It even did it with the APU running! I'd have to start the truck. Then shut it off to get power back to the sleeper. Cheap Paccar electronics! I could go on and on.
