    UPMC went back to masks. I have an appointment tomorrow. They say it’s because of ALL of the upticks in respiratory issues. RSV is bad right now.

    That’s why people need a layer of tar on the lungs. Manufactured virus has a hard time getting through it.

    I got a story. Neighbors cousin has a 4 month old baby boy. The mother is a young drunk. She actually told people it’s ok to drink and breast feed. So that’s what she did. The doctors didn’t know.

    The baby was losing weight so the doctor told her to switch to formula. 4 days later the baby is in ICU. Tested for everything normal and couldn’t find anything. The mother said it was one thing. Grandmother says another. Baby now has pneumonia.

    I called the hospital and told them what I knew. I was advised not to as the rest of the family didn’t want any drama. So…..a baby’s life is less important than a drunk family member being in denial and mad at others. Eff them all.
