    My girlfriends birthday. Well, not till the 29th. Apparently they had a little party yesterday while I slept. Her mother came up for the day. Didn’t mention a word to me. Probably did it on purpose. She’s a man hater.

    Round Rock, TX. SIL bought 3301 Rod Carew Dr. (in 2003) for 186K. Was sold once for 378K, and is now apparently being remodeled;
    Google: House for sale at 3301 Rod Carew Dr., RR, TX and check out the hands sitting in the shade waiting for leadership.
    SIL made money in 2015 when he sold, it but shoulda waited...When done, will prolly go for >400K.
