    That aint much less than my area and the house are 3 times what that sold for. Idk how people are paying it and then driving all them new vehicles. 2 acre lots 75-80,000.

    There is a word that describes the situation: Credit...
    And the only reason the car loans 60 days or more past due are not being repoed...
    There is not enough room to put them.
    Next big "surprising" new break will be: Credit card companies (admit) rise in delinquency,,,
