    Same here, and the property now has 3 frost frees I get to change, when it stops ##### raining, mine being 1 because the neighbors ##### dog ate the insulation AND heat tape I had on it.

    i used to love the renaissance festival that was in williamson co. at a copy of an old castle . Get a turkey leg and a mug of beer roughly a ½ gallon ,it was huge . All the workers would act and look they were straight from a dickins novel.

    There’s a story I could tell you that happened in the Blues but I’d get the ban hammer if I did — end result is there’s a dude that looks just about like that probably still has the greasy pair of coveralls I gave him cause all he had was a shorts

    That's what is happening now, the property owner is cheap, I think I'm finally getting him to understand it's cheaper to do right the first time.
