What if it Snows?

I was hoping for a story. A bottle of green salsa moved in next door. Nice guy, just drank a bit much. One night he got drunk and shot my neighbors dog. It was a really nice dog. I have hated green salsa ever since. The other thing is we have a dog in the neighborhood that bites and chases people. Did he kill that dog? Nope.
