    HMM sounds pretty simple to me.... "Wyoming this is a known problem area... start properly maintenance of your roads with appropriate deicer"

    I am confident the pickup that started that defecation carnival was some SoCal Man Bun type with no clue. Wyoming needs to get over it and plan for the lowest skill set possible.
