    Also, I fear we may be getting our stores mixed up.....

    There's the "QT" Quick Trip.

    The Kwik Trip/Kwik Star

    a "Quicktrip" I went to in MN. Has the same typeface and sign colors as Thornton's

    Kwik Fill in PA

    Probably others I've forgotten, or don't know about......

    The "Qhuic Trypp" in "Whoknowswhere"......

    We have Chesters in the gas stations out here.

    Quality and flavors are very location dependent. I think one place puts some paprika or fine ground hot pepper dust in the breading.

    The chicken place I have issue with is Popeye's. Got sick as a dog off there stuff when they decided to do a seafood special month. Cooked the crab in the same grease as the chicken...... and I have an allergic type reaction to crab and shellfish.
