I still cling to hope of meeting my soul kitty mommy mate, or perhaps I already have.

And then you have to start to wander if things played out different...............

He turned his lights out and is checking his airlines. So obviously he's not skipping pages.

Can’t do that— gotta play the hand you get dealt and try to get enough fun tickets to make it tolerable

One thing that I learned— if you’re good at your job you may have to go visit with the skipper now and again and maybe give them back some fun tickets, but they ain’t gonna ####can you’re ### unless it’s a flagrant ignorant breach

That’s sage advice. I hope you passed along to the squid.

The OM just woke up and is fainting STARVING TO DEATH AND DIEING, and I know there's no way it's hungry already.

    She's gone further into remission.

I'm giving her 4 units of insulin, twice a day now. Down from 6 twice a day.

5 twice a day, and she's starts going hypo.

They got a thingy you put on your finger now that will do your blood sugar like an O2 meter does.

In fact it still does all that, but does blood sugar now.

They need that for the anumuls so just stick it to one of their pads.

Tough deal— HB has been in decline for a year or better and we keep saying that when she can’t get around we’ll do the kind thing but she went out to the pasture and brought a vole to the back door today— it was blind, crippled and retarded, but she bought herself some time

Going into remission is a good thing. She's using less insulin.

It's just really tough to gauge when all you're using is the Mark I Eyeball.
