    Humididdity is so high it cannot be measured by modern measuring instruments. I tried to sit out in shop but no go.

    Guess I should be careful in mentioning my Baptist failings. Especially since the Presbyterian Church; which Peggy worked for as financial secretary for 26 years, set me as dependent for her pension and The Methodist Church Senior Services is a sponsor of Traceway Retirement Community where I reside in comfort. God smiles on his followers, which ever brand.....

    SOUTH GEORGIA (WALB) - Over 20 South Georgia counties are under a heat advisory.

    The National Weather Service (NWS) said that heat index values up to 112 are expected in the following counties:

    • Atkinson County
    • Baker County
    • Ben Hill County
    • Berrien County
    • Brooks County
    • Clinch County
    • Colquitt County
    • Coffee County
    • Cook County
    • Decatur County
    • Dougherty County
    • Echols County
    • Grady County
    • Irwin County
    • Lanier County
    • Lee County
    • Lowndes County
    • Mitchell County
    • Seminole County
    • Thomas County
    • Tift County
    • Turner County
    • Worth County
    The heat advisory is in effect from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 20.

    NWS warns that hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illness.
