We have those annoying “pansies” where I work too.
There are a few that stay close to the yard because they don’t have the gonads to run 2 1/2 hours away and run a route. Because of that, we start at 6 AM, while the ninnies all start at 9 or 10.
Now here’s the issue.
One of these guys will see me punching out at 4:30, which makes a 10 1/2 hour day and that’s quite enough, and raise hell because he might have to go back out and do a drop and hook somewhere across the street. Yet those same people would never man up and put their name on a high mileage run when one opens up.
