    What finally get me was getting sick on the road. Coughed so much I didn't even want a smoke for 4 days. I had read somewhere that the actual nicotine withdrawals only lasted 4 days. After that you have it beat. Right. But it is kind of right. The biggest obstacle is actually just the habits you have that trigger the need to smoke. Like after a meal or sex. One of mine was lighting up whenever I got the green at a chicken house. Once I was able to recognize the habit triggers, it was easier to cope without the smokes. It was somewhat difficult not smoking when out drinking but I handled it. I did go from weighing 180 to @ 250 but figured I could deal with the weight later. Unfortunately, I'm still dealing with the weight yo-yo, but i don't want a smoke. Both my parents had Emphysema and other smoking caused lung issues when they died even though they both had stopped smoking some years earlier. I sure if I hadn't stopped I would have joined then in the dirt.

    We did ours ourselves, amicably... no attorneys, the only thing the judge did was sign the papers we filled out to make it official. We still get along for the most part, just other factors make it so this is just the best option available. Like the old saying goes "Better friends than lovers"

    Tain.....all day.
    I don't mind it so much because it cooled the place off a bit.
    Only problem is that it makes the grass grow.
    And then The Hazul mows the grass.
    And then she uses up all the grass gas.
    And then I have to go get more.
    And then it spills.
    And then I get yelled at.

    Man I hate the tain
