    Think it depends on person , size strength experience. I personally think swinging a California framer for 10 , 12 hours sux worse than shooting several rounds of a heavy high velocity round . Idk tho to each their own i rekon.

    I’ll give you that. Swinging that hammer would work those forearms nicely though. I’ve done that once or twice before. That’s exactly what the younger generation needs.

    But a hand cannon that you may not be ready for… that’s a different animal and can have nasty consequences. I made the mistake of underestimating .454 Casull once. That was enough for me.

    Seems like a light round , 325grn 454 hard cast for mucho penetration for bear or the like . Buffalo bore might make a .460 thats heavy.

    We have auto loaders too. The .44 or .357 are bi, they can go both ways.
