That is the brand my wife likes, for the same reason, it's the only thing comfortable for her and they make one small enough that her feet are not floating around in them.

I have been getting the Dakota 6 inch work pro boot. IMG_0934.jpeg It has Kevlar cap and shank, makes them shockproof and much lighter. I can usually get three years out of them. Will usually replace insoles every year. They still aren’t red wing expensive though. My cdl trainer told me to stop wearing them to drive, I told him that when I go to work, I dress for it.

What did he want you to wear? They don't appear bulky enough to be a hindering anything, and they aren't flip flops. Looks like fitting footwear to me.

He had and wanted tennis shoes. Didn’t feel right to me, but I wear my boots everywhere there super comfortable. My downshifting struggles were an operator problem, not a boot problem!

You sound like me with tennis shoes, I don't even own a pair.

I got one pair, they are white, and old. Only get worn a few times a year. I want to guess around 7 or 8 years old.

A Picture of the 2nd Tree on the Right including the Bear would have been way cooler
