    At 9:30 A M; CST this morning, I turned 90 years of age. Nothing has changed greatly to commemorate this event? Puzzling....

    Tho the 2 daughters and SIL (late middle daughters husband) all come down from KY to be with me a few days, 30th thru 2nd.
    They rented an Airbnb and we all gathered. Out to eat and see the changes in their and my old houses, the restaurants in town and see some of their old friends. Only time here usually is the 40+ head Thanksgiving meet. Was a good get together for Labor Day loafing....

    We did the birthday meal, cake and ice cream the 2nd. Cake was so good I will share a pic. The granddaughter who makes them recently did a 3 tier wedding cake for a couples wedding, for only $600.00. Her real gig is a 17 year 5th grade schoolteacher.
    So: I am kicking right along, all systems working well enough to care for myself and maintain decent memory. Should all of you be so blessed...
