    At main engine start this morning, a DEF fault told me to SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY SEVERE ENGINE DAMAGE WILL OCCUR!

    So I did.

    It's been about 10 hours. I'm at the New Paris Petro.

    Got a nap, ate breakfast, took a dump, swapped my load for an empty from another driver, and am awaiting word from Mechnical Control as to disposition of this here Paccar product.

    Stay tuned for updates as this story develops.......

    Okay, the Orgy Dome keeps coming up, and I have a mental image of it that I can't shake.......four people (male/female/other) facing each other in a circular arena with a packed dirt floor, each holding a shield in one hand and a large, bizzarely configured rubber sex toy in the other, each person wearing a metal goalie mask and nothing else, all waiting tensely for the starting whistle.......

    The man at Mechanical Control has no faith in the Petro wrenchers.

    The Word has come down to make a run for Dayton until it derates.

    I'm'a let dispatch know the plan, and get hauling. Fingers crossed.

    Had an intermittent def light yesterday, so they wanna gamble......
