    Indeed and absolutely.......think of it, if they started frog marching owners and managers out of these facilities, there might be a whole new perspective on hiring illegal immigrants. If they knew that they were going to be held criminally liable with fines and jail time, they might be a little more careful about who they hire.

    It was probably a third party hiring/temp company that vetted the people. An extra layer of insulation.
