What happened to the other one ? You mean those expensive grills break down ? Can’t be fixed ? Leaving all the residual flavors behind(thrown away). I’ll stick with my Weber.

Raw fish(Sashimi)for dinner with the Tokyo trimmings. Took the other half out tonight. Gave her a break. I’m never without a homemade dinner every night, gave her a break.

Nice of you too give her a break, not a big fan of what you had, but too each their own.

Still have the other grill. Works just fine. Just added this one to the tool box. This one is straight pellet fueled. Also has a slightly larger main cooking area. The original one could only do 4 racks of ribs flat on the grate, this one will do 6.
    Same for whole chickens.

Management has set minimum numbers to cook for certain items. The other grill is a bit short on capacity. This adds capacity. Have my eye on a few more items. Thinking to just get a commercial flat top and change it over to use propane. They have a heavier/thicker cook surface over the ones like the Blackstone types. The wood fire oven has to be built.

So she cooks dinner for you every night and when you give her a break she has to eat raw food. If I was her the next time you come home for dinner you'd have a raw catfish on the plate, still flopping around. I'm just messing we you , y'all enjoy the night out.

Oh no, just trying to protect feelings and keep the peace. It’s important that everyone have a pleasant time.
