    I'm hearing he is in critical condition and may not make it. I'm not positive about Utah law, but most likely if he doesn't make it, that guy is either going to get LWOPed or the needle!

    Charles did not make it. Man they grabbed is not the shooter, Comments claim shooter to have been 200 yards away and higher up.
    How they know if not in sight? Could man grabbed be a distracter, as he was yelling his rights as drug out.terrible event.

    @Moose1958, I was thinking Utah still had the firing squad death penalty. Understood that was what Kohlberger pled guilty to avoid.
    He did get 4 life sentences.

    I'm not going to get too deep into the politics that underlie all of this. Just that a society loses when respect for life gets lost!
