What I've been saying for over a year... Last reasonable delinquency was 2%, in 2021. There was an old saying in credit circles:
"If you are not charging off as loss 2% of your outstanding annually, your credit parameters are too "tight"."
Meaning you have to have business and take some bad with the good... I said the only reason these had not been repoed, the lenders had no where to go with them or to store them till paid.
May have hedged my gloom tween these car deals and the credit card delinquency... Car deals now, c/cards up next....
