Makes me think of Josey Wales on the way to that little ranch,”Your son said all that was out here?” I’ll take the cold, can always melt snow for water, can’t wring it out of stones. It’s pretty though, got to give it that

Well; don't let it out,or you might get flooded with transients from a place ICE has worked.

Can't help the land looking scrubby, but as for water. Get a few sold a get the HOA setup. Have a meeting.

(First is elect a leader, open a bank account in her control, collect dues of everyone there (cash only).

Get a decision on exactly where to drill, how deep to drill, what size to drill, how deep to case it, how many bids to take, what to accept on; price, start time, time to hit water. Guarantee of volume and softness/hardness. Women's input on sex appeal of the proposed tool pusher.
These things take time and group discussion to work out amicably....

Shhhh. Need to up sale Arizona land. If all the wackos moving to Arizona found out how good it is in Georgia there'd be wackos walking around every where saying $hi# like hey my cat said you can't do that or my said you can't you can't park there. See where this could head to.
