:biggrin_2559: I just think that's designed for men only... It doesn't work very well for women.... :biggrin_25512: I moved just a little bit and ended up almost peeing on the floor... :biggrin_2552:

The old Ti4600 card which would be after the early 64 mb voodoo? this is going way back. In those days 20+years ago I had to wait 3 weeks for it. It lasted for years. It finally burned up. You would think I lost a pet or something.

My next set was two AMD 5770 crossfire cards. Oh lord did they tease me for nursing those things along for years.

Fast forward years. Bought a pair of ASUS Matrix Platinums I think they were called. Monsters. Bolted them in the machine fired up a game and played.

30 minutes later house air central kicks in. Those two cards raised the entire home from 72 to 82+ in the dead of winter no less with 20 degrees outside. I opened my window and continued gaming. Started sweating when those cards started cooking.

I tasted heaven that hour. And burned in hell at the same time. Sold them a hour later on ebay. Whoo what cards... ####. I was cutting people down in the base who did not see me coming yet.

Bought one MSI 680 figured it will cool itself well enough after the 580's ran their course. Then another then another then another. Cheaper and cheaper.

I just finished a evening of nursing my system. I discovered the blue ray drive is dead, used a LG USB portable to confirm it and drag another blue ray drive out.

I don't think I will be going too long with either rig. It's past time to bolt together a spare case under the other table. (HAF full sized) and get that computer going. Wont take but two hours from parts. Might have to order from newegg and ship a few.

The reason is as a deaf person I use my machine for communications relay and its not just a fun machine. It's really important. And so its time to build a spare. I could go to the store and collect one of them 300 dollar laptops in 20 minutes but I don't want that. ugh. Win 10. Im still happy with win 7 for what thats worth. (And yes I have linux, etc)
