    I did a class many moons ago when I was diagnosed with “Pre diabetes”(25 years ago). I kept to it but along the way fell of it. And gradually just ate and drank what I felt like it, until it caught up to me again. But it was too late. I’ve done the damage. “Young and dumb” like they say.

    So— other half is home and doing well— weight bearing and walking— pretty amazing

    My gingerbread house light has failed. Looks like the bulb but tge socket has seen better days as well. Found a new cord with socket on the bay of E.

    The more current knee replacement jobs apparently are not as invasive as in prior years.
    Lots of surgery now does not involve as much distortion and the robotic assist prolly makes a steadier control on the job...
    My heart doc slipped a stent in me and I had been lying there wondering when they would get started. Had seen some shadowy reflections on surfaces in the op rooms, but not what i expected. Overjoyed on it as compared to the 4 bypass job...
