Yes, that black door with the old glass, and that window of the same style. If it goes for cheap due to the weather there is money there. As long as the bottom of the door isn’t rotted. Have installed/restored those, there’s money there especially with original old glass. Have had folks reconfigure their entrance to accommodate those old ones

Ok I see the door now. Wasn't showing up on my fone. So that door is possibly worth five (5) grand ?

To have a new one made to look like that would cost that much. So having that to start with and build a jamb, strip and restore it, starts out way ahead. The labour goes into it and the price goes up. As is easily 800 to 1000 to a restorer. If you want to sand and strip it, you could ask 1500.
Might be able to harvest some old glass from the window to replace the clear edge piece that looks replaced on the door

Got it. I’ll see how the bidding goes on em. Knowing these Rockefellers around here they might go for a lot. I’ve seen a lot of stuff sell for ridiculous money.

If you zoom in on this picture up behind the heater, you’ll see a whole bunch of old leaded style windows I keep for parts, (use the glass or the rails and styles) to restore the old ones. It’s a cash cow, and for the most part the windows were free IMG_0964.jpeg
