Probably should try a true cappuccino first. Espresso shot, steamed milk and a bit of milk foam. At least 1/3 each. Steaming the milk makes it very creamy and a tad sweet, but no sugar.

I've never tried it, does it taste the same as cheese from cows milk?

Yes, it’s good. This neck of the woods its called chèvre cheese. I have been trying to cut out unhealthy snacks and been replacing with feta and unsalted nuts and fresh fruit. The feta was a last minute addition

There are several types of cheese made from goat milk. Some of the more available ones are called chèvre. Has kind of a tang, kind of like sour cream or cream cheese. Very spreadable at room temp. Takes herbs and spices very well. Just be light with them.

This brand seems to be widely available and is reasonably priced and pretty good.

Something you may like to try.
Make a form of labneh from a good quality Greek style yoghurt. It’s really easy to make.

all that’s needed is a very fine mesh strainer or some good quality cheese cloth.
Dump yoghurt into strainer or cheese cloth, put over a bowl or something, so it has some space under it. Put in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
Take the drained yoghurt, put in a bowl, let stand for a bit to warm up. Add a pinch or so of salt, stir well. Done. If you want to add other herbs and spices, you can. I make it all the time. Use it in place of cream cheese, sour cream or for veggie dipping.

The liquid from it is really good to use for bread dough or put a spoon full in your eggs. Use in a smoothie or some of the liquid for a protein shake.
