    I drove a 26 wheeler in the Oil Fields. Licensed at 105k pounds. Including the APU allowance. You're legal! :)
    I know of trucks hauling gravel around here. With 2 trailers. They're licensed at 150K pounds.
    I'm sure plenty of heavy haul are very heavy.... thus.... you mentioned Permits.

    We have the Michigan B Trains. Flatbeds and gravel haulers mostly. 42 tires total I think they’re plated for 168k gross.
