    Lunch was a dilemma (parking with this trailer can be a challenge) stopped at a shopping center and was blessed with Poppa Johns for the win. I have managed to hump the 42 miles from lunch to the hotel while suffering from fat snake syndrome.

    Supposed to be 50 degrees at home today apparently making sure the snowblower was ready and waiting inside the garage door kept the snow gremlins away.

    These are made with mashed potatoes? Your ingredients list does not have egg listed.

    Use a very different recipe

    Base recipe is

    Shredded potatoes.
    Shredded onion.
    Flour.
    Egg.
    Salt.
    Pepper.

    Options to mix in.
    Scallions
    Cheese.
    Chopped bacon or ham. (not kosher)
    Almost any fish plus shrimp or crab.

    Dressing options
    Sour cream
    Ricotta
    Mascarpone
    Ranch dressing

    How much of each depends on how many you want to make.
