    What is with it with the epic freeway shutdowns this year? I was in that gallup mess . now otters in the texas mess? Can we start a gofund me to raise money for these bonehead states to invest in a snowplow? How comes when its forecasted to snow in montana or idaho 6+ inches the roads are plowed nicely and taken care of ? Then it snows 1 inch in gallup and 3 inches in midland and they shut down the entire southwest freight movement for 3 days or longer. ... Pa is no better , seems lots of states are just giving up. Maybe its time for stricter cdl standards and driver license standards to get the morons off the road? Something needs to change.
