This guy is an awesome engineer and fabricator....
This is a HUGE vice he built. Just for an idra of how strong this vice is... It generates MORE force than my hydraulic log splitter. My log splitter uses a 4" bore hydraulic ram and with 2200 PSI hydraulic bypass, which generates about 27650 pounds of force. His vice generates about an additional 2400 pounds of force than my splitter!!!

Joking aside... Is the acme threaded positioned/adjuster shaft/ piece as strong relatively as the other portions? No info on the jack, 20 ton or 50?
