    If thats what the problem is, you will start sleeping like a baby. And if you need CPAP, get the mask that only covers your nose, not the much larger one that covers more. Less claustrophobic feelings when you start using it.

    My original sleep study graph, after they put me on CPAP that night, was a straight 5 hours of heavy black line, all REM sleep, because I hadn't sleep well for such a loong time.

    Hope they fix your problem.

    Normally sleep for me is a wonderful experience. This last summer with difficulty in breathing. Sleeping hasnt been as pleasant.
