MBI Energy Services in Belfield, ND. They're kind of the Swift of the oilfield in ND. Not a bad place to work. But I believe they're on commission now.

If you have a clean CDL their are plenty of seasonal driving opportunities that pay between 1100 and 1700/week for 5-6 months of work. Search seasonal tanker asphalt or aggregate. It is pretty easy to make 25-30K in a season.

The oilfield is slowly starting to come back and when it does me personally will be headed back with all wheels smoking I was in it for ten years before it went away and it was great

It's not that bad in the oil field, if you go broke and get used up in oil field you would have done the same working at McDonald's. I set a goal of three years in Wesf Texas, found a great job salary of 97,400 a year any thing over that monthly salary was cut in a separate check at end of the month, they paid for my apartment and all utilities. I'm back home but still keep my eye on it, the rates right now are t great, I'm making more hauling cryogenics.

And no one can predict the oil field but my feeling is oil will creep up just enough for companies to flock back to drilling and flood the market pretty quickly, and oil will drop back down.

You should be making way more than a grand a week in the oilfields.

All my friends still in West Texas are saying about 250 a day right now is average, some days less, some says hit 300. Where two years ago we were hitting 450-500 a day turning 5 loads
