What is the best rewards/ discount program for hotels?

I use hotels maybe 3 times a year while on the road. I find there are usually decent options for less money and not a real dump, near the same more expensive hotels. I will take a motel 6 or super 8 or days inn they are all mostly good. Usually 50-80 rather than holiday inn for 100+. I won't do the ultra cheap places. I pay with a credit card that gives 2% for hotels groceries and recurring bills, no yearly fee. That's my hotel discount program.
