Refusal at least in Cali would get you suspended. WOULD GO ON YOUR RECORD and companies would ask you about it. A heap of trouble, but know they can not stick a needle in your arm against your will.

Best bet don't smoke it. It's not worth the trouble if you want to drive a truck.

Realy, I would think human rights would be all over that.

But like I said your best out is not to smoke it.

Supreme Court ruled that blood can be forcibly taken with a warrant.

You change your lifestyle and stop being a sleez. If you must use a professional do it legal and go to NV. Otherwise you're just asking for trouble.

I don't know but I'm sure it will! Anytime you walk into a place and they have a sex menu up on the wall you've got to check to see if you're still alive.

This is where the "implied consent law" comes into play
    source: http://impliedconsent.org/impliedconsentlaws.html

Basically is you refuse to comply with a request for either a field sobriety test or a BAC test your licenses will be suspended, you'll have to fight it in court costing a lot of money and head ache. I think you did the right thing complying with the officer, I do agree also with others that said do NOT ever admit to anything, even of guilty make the law do it's job and prove your guilty.

if you are clean, you want to take the blood test. That takes control from the cops, and puts a state recognized medical expert in your corner. You have the winning hand.
