What steps to take when purchasing new truck

    I'm ashamed to say it. They hit me with 16%. I almost said to hell with it and just paid cash for the truck but didn't want to leave myself short on emergency funds for inevitable breakdowns. That was the original plan anyways but I decided on a trailer that cost $17000 more than I originally budgeted for.
