What to use to remove grease

It's better to use Dawn Dishwashing Liquid. It actually repels grease. When that oil company had that huge oil spill in Alaska some years ago, contaminating the animals habitat and animals themselves they used Dawn Dish Liquid donated by the company that manufacture the dish washing liquid.
