That's what I use to, real fast learning curve plus you can track your fuel in Fuelgauges and will sync right up with Profitgauges. If you go in right now you can do trial month and actualy get caught up on the whole year for the price of one month and thy will help you do it.

Quickbooks w/ Payroll is what I use. It's versatile enough for me.

    Thanks I will look again.
I hope i didnt sound like. You were trying to sell anything. That was not my intention
I did not see screen shots, so perhaps I was on wrong page.
Is the price affordable, that is irrelevant.
As far as your statement. Dont get upset because its tax deductable. I will admit I could be wrong. But that statement leads me to believe. You either just started, or at a minimum havent been in business very long.
I learned a couple decades ago. People when trying to sell things. Use the it's tax deductable statement. Also tax deductions are great in april 15th. Every other day of the year, it is just money out my pocket.

Hubby has been driving own truck 4 years was company for 5 before. I personally have owned and ran my own business and used Quickbooks. I don't find it has helpful for trucking as trucking has couple of special needs departments that QB just can't cover. Per diem is one.

I think for a home based business or brick and mortar store QB works. For a Mobil truck it just lacks since you got to keep track of fuel and miles and everything else. Rigbooks were finding so easy to add stuff including old receipts. But were giving it full month. I can say hubby loves it because he is not limited to one device like a computer but can enter on any.
Shoot I am impressed he is even doing the data entry daily. Then again he gotta send in paperwork anyways to get paid. Now to talk with accountant to see how much paper we have to keep since all receipts are being uploaded. Paper just fades so fast these days.

    evofd Thanks this.
