Hey I'll take prayers.. The truck is still at it.. we jacked it up and checked for anything that felt loose and nothing.. Checked to see if the wheel bearings were hot as soon as he stopped the truck and nothing. It rained the last few days so nothing got changed on the truck, but soon we hope to start some where and just start changing something..

Hve you tried driving the truck bobtail? MY truck rides rough when my trailer is hooked up, due to flat spots on trailer tires. with a newer trailer that I had pulled for a friend empty, a while back , made my truck ride sooo smooth, I wanted to steal his trailer. bobtail mine rides so much smoother too, than when hooked up.

I am hearing that Volvo is coming up with some sort of kit to fix the "Volvo Shake". Call their tech line.... maybe the kit will be available soon.

I am waiting for a fix as well.

Had a brand new set of double coin drive tires installed. Balanced the drive shaft 3 times. Turnes out the beads on the dc's weren't seated properly making my tires out of round. Dismounted tires and used a lot of tire soap sat wheel on 5 gal bucket so tires were suspended of ground. Reseated bead, problem solved. Never bought double coins again.

Shock absorbers, when you have driven for an hour or so, if the shocks are not very warm they are junk, and that means on all locations front and back.
Balancing the front tires, first you want to check the bearings for play, in the hub cover there is a little plug, position it at the top area and remove it if it has metal on it get the bearings replaced. With the wheels jacked up spin the tire with an object beside the tire look for something bent. Spin the tire if it always stops in the same position or backs up the tire may be out of round. or a balance weight may be missing from the brake drum, Have the tires balanced on the truck.
Inspect all the "U" joints for play, and drive shafts for proper Phasing, inspect the center bearing if the rubber is torn up from the bearing turning it is junk.
Look for broken springs front and back, loose "U" bolts, worn bushings, spring shackle pins that have sideways movement. Pins that do not take grease.
Anything that has movement, binds, or is bent, can cause vibrations. A piece at the back of the truck can effect the front.
    Just a thought!

Have you checked your Cab Air-ride leveling valve ?

I have the same problem I have a KW T-2000 with the ag 400 suspension upgrade I have changed the shocks on the suspension and cab i have put new tires all the way around and balanced them new brakes and drums all the way around new front shackle bushings 3axle wheel alignment rebuilt 18 speed transmission new suspension airride leveling valve. And still i have a vibration more of a shaking above 90 km/hr up to 112 where its really bad it will empty my coffee cup (without the lid) after 115 km/hr seems to smoothen out. I totaly understand your frustration my mecanic is changing the air-ride leveling valve on the cab and the steady bearing on the driveshaft this week

I was wondering what kind of truck you have milage and suspension
My truck has 1.6 million miles on it
