I got snowed in Rochester, NY for 3 days in a major blizzard. When they finally got the roads cleared enough my company DHed me back to Belvidere, IL to cover a load. They even let me run the toll roads.
I was cussing running in the snow empty until I seen a bobtail coming out too. I didn't feel so bad then.
I think it was around 670 miles.
Whats the most you have ever Dead-headed for a load?

Now I'm running a smaller setup and will still bounce, if the money is right..
Bounced 600 miles 4 weeks ago for a ld. that paid me 7.50 a mile, plus 500 for DH. -
I DH Phoenix to LA every week to pick up furniture for my Phoenix customers.

Bob tailed 1300 miles home when I brought my truck back home. In the winter and the snow storm in the smokeys...stupidest thing I have ever done but man it was fun saying hold my beer and watch this on the radio every time I hit ice while everybody else said oh ####landstar8891 Thanks this.
