Read up on ups. They are very strict and you have to do everything their way

    Lucidd Thanks this.

Most people here are cool. Im not trying to discourage you, just give you some info. I like driving, but you seem to have some high expectations for the industry

    Lucidd Thanks this.

I used to work with nurses...

The money is ok, but they're worked to death and a lot are miserable...

Being on my own. Having a straight forward job. Driving from A to B, doing whatever i want as i'm waiting for my truck to be unloaded, making decent money, being able to have a constant road trip even if that means constant interstates. Driving late at night also seems very relaxing for me. Also, not having to do much schooling after i graduate. I just want to get out there, make money, live my life, meet people, and eventually settle down with a girl once i'm making good money. Most likely a girl who wouldn't mind team trucking with me. If i decide to have kids, i'll make sure i change it so i'm able to be home every night aswell.

    Exactly
exactly. I was talking to some pretty salty nurses these past few days too. They kept complaining about how crappy their job was, yet they continue to stick with it year after year. Most have been working as a nurse for decades. I would have left and found me another job.
