What's your take on PAM? And hiring info

Both of my DOT tests in the last 30 days were for large companies (Fed Ex & UPS)

 

Maybe the fact that i am not doing OTR had something to do with it. Oops. Forgot about that.

 

If I were you I would tell my recruiter about the warrent and probation as well as all other issues.If you don't say anything about it or tell anyone they will find out and consider that you lied about it ect. and will send you home.It is better to put it out there and not hid it let them know yea they could still send you home but you never know but I hope it does work out for you and these companies need drivers so you may just get lucky. Yes if they do hire you as others won't stick out your one yr. and then move on.I don't think anyone else will take you on or hire you so this is most likely your only option to get your CDL and start driving.

 

Well if you do have to go with CRST to get 6 months to a yr. in the only good thing about them. Is you are only obligated to stay with them for 8 months just something to look at as a last resort.
