I have already posted 2 videos on this subject, along with a good analysis of the Terry decision here. There is a ton of material on the internet if anybody is interested. You are allowed to have an opinion, but your opinion is NOT my fact! -
So I guess when an officer Is dispatched to a domestic/public disturbance he's not allowed to identify the actors involved.. yeah that's not how it works friend...I'm sure her lawyer advised her of that fact.. she pled to the charges..she obstructed a police officer engaging in an investigation..end of story. ..you're referencing a completely different scenario.. moving on...
Trucker61016 Thanks this. -
I want to add another video. YES, this is one of those anti cop YouTube channels. I also think in some ways, people are baiting cops for payouts later. I in NO way support this activity. This happened in Texas a few years ago. What I want anybody interested to do is pay close attention to what is happening at the 8:30 point when the supervisor arrives on the scene. Then pay close attention to the IA interview of the arresting officer starting around the 13:30 point of the interview.
I have had this conversation several times with friends who are either currently active or now retired cops. One told me several times now he has had people refuse to identify in situations like this. He said he gets a photo of the person and if possible, the make and model of their car along with the Tag number. -

I posted a link to this thread as well as a direct link to the YouTube video, to a Facebook group I am part of late yesterday afternoon. I was back there just now and took note of a reply that disagreed with my take, but I found to be interesting. His point was that we don't have enough information to say one way or another. We don't know who made the call to the cops. We also don't know if the manager told the woman to leave before the cop got there, and she refused to leave. These questions change the dynamics. So, as to this video, I am going to say undetermined because there is not enough information. This person did go on to say this woman was 100% obnoxious and rude with a sprinkling of entitled. His question, though, was did her actions reach the level of being criminal? This we may never know because there is not enough information we are not 100% sure who the actual complainant was. Unless, of course, I missed something said in the video.
I'm a retired trucker. I doubt many people in these boards have not encountered a rude server in their careers. I have had my run-ins with many of them. I was in the Petro near Birmingham, Alabama, one afternoon almost 2 decades ago. The server ignored me. I got up, took about 2 steps walking toward the c-store when she yelled "where the (redacted) are you going?" I held my peace and later spoke to a supervisor. got comp'ed a meal.
I once watched a black female server reach through the food delivery window from the kitchen and grab a black male cook at the fish hook in Pearl, Mississippi. Both were fired.Numb Thanks this. -
