I'm assuming that's Alaska Canada highway? Then yeah. Yukon #1, eastbound between Whitehorse and Watson Lake.

Is a weak injector or possibly a bad spring in one a serviceable item?

Or is that “replace the injector” at all times?

A lot of carhaulers get zip to deadhead. The loaded wage is higher than most though to compensate for that, and usually the deadhead isn't that far.

Decided to go to Portland before chain season.... Hrm. I was out this way once a long time ago, but can’t remember anything north of Salt Lake, and couldn’t find any place across Nebraska that had autosocks in stock. Should I try to find a set of chains before Boise?
