Got loaded and made it to the Shell in Parry Sound. Didn't even have to wait. Guess the horror stories were largely unfounded (or at least they all wanted out because it's Friday). A days drive out of Nipigon, then a good 8 hours of from home.
I mean, it's not like you drive a Freightshaker M2 112 3 axle daycab, dragging a measly 40 foot flat like I do. (But at least I have a 10 speed so neener neener). To be serious like the other guys here, the truck doesn't make your work ethic.
@stwik I'm also in the "the truck doesn't make the driver" camp. And you can always upgrade as time goes on.

Teresa and I were there a few weeks ago. You're right, that is a perfect way to end a trucking day. They have good food, the waitstaff is on top of their game. We tossed a ten into the collection can for the music. A slice of their homemade apple pie to go makes a good midnight snack.
